Change Process for the National Interagency Standards for Resource Mobilization
The National Interagency Coordination Center (NICC) is responsible for the annual revision, publication, and distribution of the National Interagency Standards for Resource Mobilization (NISRM). The National Multi-Agency Coordinating Group (NMAC) provides oversight and approves all NISRM changes.
Suggested NISRM changes must be submitted by the middle of November of the current year to be considered for the next calendar year. The NISRM review process starts the first week of December and ends early February, with a targeted NISRM posting date of March 1.
Please fill out the NISRM Change Request Form with suggested edits or changes. All suggestions will be routed to appropriate parties for approval, prior to NMAC’s review each winter.
